Job summary

Clarksville Rehabilitation Hospital seeks an experienced Nursing Supervisor to oversee nursing staff, assess patient needs and deliver high-quality care on the unit.

The role requires an active RN license in Indiana and BLS certification. CRRN or a plan to obtain it is expected. Inpatient rehabilitation experience and prior supervisory exposure are preferred to support a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN license required.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross is required (online not accepted).
• CRRN or plan to obtain CRRN when qualified.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff on the unit and manage patient care.
• Assess patient needs and plan/organize nursing interventions.
• Coordinate training for unit staff and participate in guidance/education programs.
• Contribute to a high-quality, patient-centered care environment.

Job description

Clarksville Rehabilitation Hospital is a brand new startup with 40 private patient suites and set to take its first patient October 2026.

Position Summary

Supervises nursing staff, assesses patients needs and provides nursing care for patients. Plans and organizes training for unit staff members and participates in guidance and educational programs.

Pay: Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an Registered Nurse
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable.
• CRRN or written plan to obtain when qualified

Desired Qualifications

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience
• Previous supervisory experience
