Job summary

Cincinnati Rehabilitation Hospital at Blue Ash seeks a Registered Nurse to plan and deliver direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. It develops nursing care plans in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff, and communicates changes in patients' clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisors/Managers, and co-workers.

It participates in discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an Registered Nurse.
• BLS certification required from AHA or Red Cross (online not accepted).
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
• Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families and staff.
• Communicate changes in patients' clinical condition with physicians and leadership.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an Registered Nurse
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable
