Job summary

Tucson Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide and coordinate direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process. You will develop patient care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the interprofessional team while coordinating discharge planning.

Responsibilities include assessing and planning care, communicating changes in clinical status to physicians and the care team, and contributing to a supportive, collaborative work

Position Summary:

Providesplanning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, andEvaluation. Develops nursing careplanin coordination withpatient,familyand interdisciplinarystaffas necessary. Communicates changes in patient’s clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers asappropriate. Participates indischargeplanning process.

Pay

Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current state licensure asanRegistered Nurse
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is notacceptable

DesiredExperience:

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience
