Clarksville Rehabilitation Hospital is a brand new startup delivering patient care in 40 private suites. The RN position provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect care through the nursing process, including care planning in coordination with patients, families and interdisciplinary staff.

You'll communicate changes in patients' clinical condition with physicians and supervisors, participate in discharge planning, and contribute to a comprehensive rewards package and professional

Qualifications

• Current state RN licensure.
• BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross (online not acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
• Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with physicians and care team; participate in discharge planning.

Clarksville Rehabilitation Hospital is a brand new startup with 40 private patient suites and set to take its first patient June 15th, 2026.

Position Summary:

Providesplanning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, andEvaluation. Develops nursing careplanin coordination withpatient,familyand interdisciplinarystaffas necessary. Communicates changes in patient’s clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers asappropriate. Participates indischargeplanning process.

Pay:Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current state licensure asanRegistered Nurse
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is notacceptable

DesiredExperience:

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience
