Ascension is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Freestanding ED - Navarre in Navarre, FL, for night shift and part-time work. You will implement care plans, monitor patient status, and coordinate multi-disciplinary care with physicians and nurses to ensure timely, quality outcomes.

The role requires an active Florida RN license, plus required life-support certifications and a Diploma in Nursing. Ascension offers comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities.

• ALSS within 6 months
• BLS within 1 month of hire

How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date require. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida required. Credentialed from State Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi‑state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
