Job summary

St. Luke’s Health System in Boise invites energetic RNs to join the Clinical Support Unit float pool, covering Medical, Surgical, and Pediatrics across three locations: Boise, Meridian, and Nampa, on nights (7:00 pm–7:30 am).

Self-scheduling and 10% shift differential after orientation are included. Requirements include Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Nursing, 1 year RN experience (Med/Surg or Peds preferred), and active RN licensure with BLS.

• Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing required.
• 1 year RN experience; Med/Surg and/or Peds preferred.
• Active RN license in the state; BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Float among Medical, Surgical, and Pediatrics units in the Med-Surg service line.
• Support three locations (Boise, Meridian, Nampa) and self-schedule.
• Work nights (7:00 pm–7:30 am) with a 10% differential after orientation.

The Clinical Support Unit (CSU) is a dynamic department that provides a high quality float experience to the departments and patients we serve. This requires nurses that are energetic, flexible and willing to support the mission of the organization.

What You Can Expect

• Full Time or Part Time nights (7:00p-7:30a)
• You will support three units/skill sets within Med-Surg service line: Medical, Surgical, and Pediatrics
• The excitement of inter-facility floating between three locations: (Boise, Meridian, and Nampa)
• Self-scheduling (unit & location will be assigned based on day of operational needs)
• 10% differential - once orientation concludes
• Sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance available for eligible new hires

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing Degree
• Experience: 1 year of RN experience; prefer Med/Surg and/or Peds experience
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice; current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Provider certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
