St. Luke’s Health System in Boise seeks RN float pool nurses to support Medical, Surgical and Emergency services across three locations (Boise, Meridian, Nampa) and additional sites. Full-time or part-time days or nights with self-scheduling.

The Clinical Support Unit (CSU) is a dynamic department that provides a high quality float experience to the departments and patients we serve. This requires nurses that are energetic, flexible and willing to support the mission of the organization.
What You Can Expect:
Full Time or Part Time days (7:00a-7:30) or nights (7:00p-7:30a)
You will support three units/skill sets within the ED/Med-Surg service line: Medical, Surgical and Emergency Room; may be open to other skill sets listed below
The excitement of inter-facility floating between three locations: (Boise, Meridian, Nampa) or (Boise, Meridian, St. Luke's Elmore located in Mountain Home) additional locations include Fruitland for the Emergency Room only)
Self-scheduling (unit & location will be assigned based on day of operational needs)
10% differential - once orientation concludes
Sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance available for eligible new hires

Qualifications:
Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing Degree
Experience: 1 year of RN experience; prefer Med/Surg and/or ED experience
Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice; current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Provider certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance required
