Quality Talent Group is seeking an Registered Nurse for a combined full-time/part-time role in Cincinnati area’s hospital network. The RN will assess patients, develop care plans, deliver care, and document outcomes in the EMR, while advancing clinical practice.

A strong emphasis on patient safety, education, and collaboration with the healthcare team is required. Qualified candidates hold current state RN licensure and BLS; ACLS within 6 months for step-down/ICU areas.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• BLS required before patient contact.
• ACLS required within 6 months for step-down and ICU areas.
• Unit-specific certifications may be required.
• Commitment to continuous learning and accurate EMR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients: Evaluate physical, emotional, spiritual, and educational needs with the healthcare team.
• Develop care plans: Create personalized plans prioritizing patient needs and goals.
• Deliver patient care: Provide evidence-based care and educate patients and families per policies.
• Evaluate outcomes: Monitor responses and adjust care based on results.
• Drive improvement: Support Performance Improvement initiatives with the Clinical Manager.
• Promote High Reliability: Apply High Reliability principles to improve care and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor: Motivate, educate and guide peers while managing patient care.
• Document care: Record the nursing process, plan, education, and responses in the EMR.
• Maintain compliance: Adhere to policies and complete required training.
