Quality Talent Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a leading Cincinnati-area healthcare network. This role offers both full-time and part-time schedules and a pathway to career growth within a 130+ year institution.

You'll assess patients, develop personalized care plans, deliver evidence-based nursing, document care in EMR, and participate in performance improvement initiatives in a high reliability environment. BLS/ACLS requirements apply; state RN licensure is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• BLS certification required before patient contact.
• ACLS required within 6 months for step-down and ICU areas.
• Unit-specific certifications may be required.
• Commitment to continuous learning and accurate EMR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients: Evaluate physical, emotional, spiritual, and educational needs with the care team.
• Develop care plans: Create personalized plans prioritizing patient needs and goals.
• Deliver patient care: Provide evidence-based nursing and educate patients/families.
• Evaluate outcomes: Monitor responses and adjust care using evidence-based practice.
• Drive improvement: Support Performance Improvement initiatives with the Clinical Manager.
• Promote High Reliability: Apply High Reliability principles to care and operations.
• Lead and mentor: Educate and mentor peers while managing patient care.
• Document care: Record nursing process and plans in the EMR accurately.
• Maintain compliance: Follow policies and complete required training.
