Job summary

Ascension is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Endoscopy department in Pensacola, FL. The role is full-time with a day shift, focusing on comprehensive patient care coordination within a multidisciplinary team.

You will implement care plans, monitor patient conditions, and assist with discharge planning while ensuring orders are accurately followed and documented. Florida RN licensure and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license issued in Florida.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing.
• BLS Provider certification obtained within 30 days of hire.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida. Credentialed from State Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
