Job summary

Heritage Valley Beaver is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. The role requires PA licensure and a BSN or equivalent, with BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.

GI Lab or Endoscopy experience is valued, and on-call or late shifts may be required to support operations. Applicants will complete necessary background clearances within 90 days of starting, and additional state licensure as required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited professional school of nursing.
• Current Pennsylvania nursing licensure; other state licensure as required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• One year current pre/intra/post GI Lab or Endoscopy experience.
• On-call and late shifts may be required.
• Background clearances completed within 90 days of starting employment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited professional school of nursing, current Pennsylvania licensure, other state licensure as required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support.
• ACLS.
• One year current pre/intra/post GI Lab or current pre/intra/post Endoscopy experience (Heritage Valley Beaver).
• Based on operational needs, on-call and late shifts may be required.
• Successful completion of applicable clearances as outlined in Human Resources policy HR-106 within 90 days of commencing employment.

Preferred:

• Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing.
• Certification in the posted specialty area.
