Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a Registered Nurse for our Emergency Department, a rural 20-bed unit serving Rutherford County and nearby communities. You will perform comprehensive assessments, implement nursing interventions, and contribute to patient-centered emergency care.

Qualifications include NC or compact license, BLS within 30 days, ACLS within 90 days, and 1+ year ED experience. A ADN is required, BSN preferred; a strong team-focused, self-scheduling environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Current NC license or Compact license with NC endorsement.
• BLS certification within 30 days; ACLS within 90 days.
• Associate’s degree in nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Minimum of one year RN experience in Emergency Department.
• Self-scheduling in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Offers a commitment bonus of $20,000 for experienced RNs and $10,000 for new graduates.
