Job summary

SoftPath Medical is seeking a Contract Position - Registered Nurse for a hospital facility in Massachusetts. The role requires a valid MA nursing license, EPIC EHR experience, and certifications BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC. Night shift runs 7:00 PM–7:30 AM, with every other weekend and a guaranteed 72 hours biweekly.

The nurse may float to nearby hospital locations as needed; orientation and testing details follow biweekly sessions and Relias onboarding requirements.

Shift Details

12-hour night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, every other weekend

Work Hours

Guaranteed 72 hours biweekly on all assignments (does not include any on-call time worked)

Requirements and Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Massachusetts nursing license at time of application
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records system is required
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience
• Ability to independently interpret cardiac monitor strips; monitor technician experience not accepted
• Willingness to float to a nearby hospital location as needed

Orientation and Testing

• Orientation sessions held biweekly
• Day one pass/fail test administered at orientation (one attempt only)
• Relias testing during onboarding requires passing within two attempts; failure to pass twice will result in cancellation
