Job summary

TalentBurst, Inc. is seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse for an onsite Beverly Hospital assignment in Beverly, MA. This 13-week contract features a night shift (12 hours, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with guaranteed weekly hours and a total of 72 hours biweekly.

Must have MA license at submission and 2 years of ED RN experience, plus BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC. Relias onboarding and orientation will be required. Start 11/12/2026 with duration 13 weeks.

Qualifications

• MA license must be active at submission.
• Minimum 2 years RN ED experience.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications required.
• Night shift pattern: 12 hours, 3 days per week.
• Onsite Beverly Hospital assignment with potential float.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency room patient care and rapid assessment.
• Administer medications, monitor patient status and vitals.
• Collaborate with ED team; may float to Addison Gilbert Hospital as needed.
• Complete onboarding Relias testing and orientation.

Position Description: Contract Guarantee hours= 72 Hours Biweekly on all Assignments – these guaranteed hours do not include any "on-call” time worked

Comments And Notes: BILH coversheet required at time of submission.10/26 SD! 12H nights, every other weekend MUST HAVE MA LICENSE AT TIME OF SUBMISSION AND OR TEMP LICENSE. NO RTO WILL BE APPROVED. BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC. Day one pass/fail test will be administered upon arrival at orientation (1 attempt only). 2 attempts to pass the Relias testing during onboarding to prep for onsite testing. Must have 2 years of experience. Must be open to floating to Addison Gilbert Hospital as needed. Will not consider anyone who has worked at BILH within the last 6 months (perm, per diem, contract).
