Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse for Beverly Hospital in Beverly, MA. This 13-week contract role features a 12-hour night shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with guaranteed hours and orientation at start. Candidate must hold MA RN license and current BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC, with EPIC experience and at least two years in ED.

Position starts 10/05/2026 with a total of 72 guaranteed hours biweekly on assignments; may require floating to Addison Gilbert Hospital as needed.

Qualifications

• MA nursing license or RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of ED experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications required
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
• Ability to read monitor strips independently

Responsibilities

• Night shift, 12 hours per day, 3 days per week in the Emergency Department
• Provide emergency nursing care and patient assessment in Beverly Hospital
• Meet contract requirements including guaranteed hours (72 biweekly) and orientation
• Read ECG strips and respond to patient conditions promptly

Shift - 12H Night 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM

Facility: Beverly Hospital

Position Description: Contract Guarantee hours= 72 Hours Biweekly on all Assignments – these guaranteed hours do not include any on-call time worked

Comments And Notes: BILH coversheet required at time of submission. 12H night shift 7p-7:30a, every other weekend. Must have MA license at time of submission. EPIC REQUIRED. BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC. Day one pass/fail test will be administered upon arrival at orientation (1 attempt only). 2 attempts to pass the Relias testing during onboarding to prep for onsite testing, if failed 2x, we will need to cancel. No monitor techs - must be able to read strips independently. Must have 2 years of experience. Must be open to floating to Addison Gilbert Hospital as needed. Orientation is biweekly -04/20, 05/04 etc Will not consider anyone who has worked at BILH within the last 6 months (perm, per diem, contract).
