Job summary

Ascension Seton Medical Center in Austin, TX is seeking a PRN Day Shift Registered Nurse for Labor and Delivery / ED. You will coordinate care and ensure seamless communication among disciplines to deliver patient-centered care.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • One or more of the following:
    • Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
    • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Preferred Credential(s)

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
