North Carolina Baptist Hospital is seeking a registered nurse to join our care teams. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, collaborating with families and the broader care team.

Responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, adjusting plans, ensuring safety, providing education, and adhering to ethical and professional standards. A BSN and RN licensure with BLS are preferred, with 1 year of clinical nursing experience common.

Qualificações

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with multi-state compact and/or single-state privileges.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care with patients and families.

• Upholds a culture of safety and adheres to professional standards.
• May administer medications, treatments, and therapies per clinical protocols.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation and supports team communication.
