Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, interdisciplinary collaboration, and maintaining accurate electronic health records. Applicants should have an RN license, BLS, and 1 year of clinical nursing experience, with BSN preferred.

Formación

• Graduate of Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
• BLS certification.
• 1 year of clinical nursing experience; 2 years of service line RN experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Engage in governance, quality initiatives, and evidence-based practice to improve care processes.
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care with patients and families.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans, collaborate with the care team to improve outcomes.
• Uphold a culture of safety and ensure accurate EHR documentation.
• May administer medications and therapies as per clinical protocols.
• Communicate effectively and support team delegation and conflict resolution.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and maintain required certifications.
