Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to lead in-home nursing teams across Florida. You will perform start-of-care assessments, supervise field nurses, and ensure high-quality care delivery.

This full-time role requires traveling to patient homes within your territory, reviewing physician orders, updating care plans, hiring and training staff, and maintaining compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on nursing experience.
• Willingness to supervise in-home skilled nursing care for all age groups.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal casework and evaluate nursing staff development.
• Conduct start-of-care assessments and re-evaluations; review physician orders and update care plans.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and validating clinical staff.
• Mentor field nurses to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Collaborate with operations and business teams.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing

• Ability to travel to patient homes within assigned territory
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass MVR check
• Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC)
