Job summary

Quality Talent Group represents a nationally leading home health organization seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor. This full-time role involves managing field nursing staff, performing start-of-care assessments, and updating care plans in collaboration with physicians.

The position requires traveling to patient homes within the assigned territory, supervising in-home skilled nursing care for all ages, and maintaining an active RN license with CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on nursing experience.
• Ability to travel to patient homes within assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass MVR check.
• Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC).
• Willingness to supervise in-home skilled nursing care for all age groups.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal casework and evaluate nursing staff development.
• Conduct start-of-care assessments and re-evaluations; Review physician orders and update care plans and documentation.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and validating clinical staff.
• Mentor field nurses to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Collaborate with operations and business teams.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.
