Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to lead in-home nursing care across assigned territory. The role requires supervision of field nurses, start-of-care assessments, re-evaluations, and collaboration with operations to ensure high-quality care delivery.

The position emphasizes traveling to patient homes, maintaining CPR certification, and adhering to regulatory standards while supporting a growing network of locations.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on nursing experience.
• Willingness to supervise in-home skilled nursing care for all age groups.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass MVR check.
• Ability to travel to patient homes within assigned territory.
• Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC).

Responsibilities

• Manage internal casework and evaluate nursing staff development.
• Conduct start-of-care assessments and re-evaluations.
• Review physician orders and update care plans and documentation.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and validating clinical staff.
• Mentor field nurses to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Collaborate with operations and business teams.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.
