Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to lead in-home care supervisory activities across territories. This role requires hands-on nursing experience, active RN licensure, and willingness to travel to patient homes.

The supervisor will mentor field nurses, participate in hiring and training, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with operations and other teams to maintain high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on nursing experience.
• Willingness to supervise in-home skilled nursing care for all age groups.
• Ability to travel to patient homes within assigned territory.
• Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC).

Responsibilities

• Manage internal casework and evaluate nursing staff development.
• Conduct start-of-care assessments and re-evaluations.
• Review physician orders and update care plans and documentation.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and validating clinical staff.
• Mentor field nurses to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Collaborate with operations and business teams.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.

Qualifications
