Quality Talent Group's client, a nationwide healthcare leader with 40+ years of leadership and 300+ locations, seeks a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to oversee in-home skilled nursing care across the assigned territory.

The full-time role requires strong nursing leadership, start-of-care assessments, staff hiring/training, and ongoing mentoring of field nurses, ensuring compliance and collaboration with operations. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on nursing experience.
• Ability to travel to patient homes within assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass MVR check.
• Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC).
• Willingness to supervise in-home skilled nursing care for all age groups.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal casework and evaluate nursing staff development.
• Conduct start-of-care assessments and re-evaluations.
• Review physician orders and update care plans and documentation.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and validating clinical staff.
• Mentor field nurses to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Collaborate with operations and business teams.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.
