Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to lead in-home skilled nursing across a designated Florida territory. This full-time role requires travel to patient homes and supervision of field nurses to deliver high-quality care.

You will conduct initial and ongoing assessments, ensure care plans align with physician orders, and collaborate with operations to meet regulatory standards. A valid RN license, CPR certification, and driving distance are essential.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on nursing experience.
• Ability to travel to patient homes within assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass MVR check.
• Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC).
• Willingness to supervise in-home skilled nursing care for all age groups.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal casework and evaluate nursing staff development
• Conduct start-of-care assessments and re-evaluations; review physician orders and update care plans.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and validating clinical staff
• Mentor field nurses to ensure high-quality care delivery
• Collaborate with operations and business teams
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies
