Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to lead in-home skilled nursing across a regional territory. The role requires directing start-of-care assessments, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring high-quality care delivery with adherence to regulatory standards.

The position emphasizes traveling to patient homes, supervising diverse age groups, and coordinating with operations to maintain care excellence. Clinical leadership and travel readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on nursing experience.
• Ability to travel to patient homes within assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass MVR check.
• Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC).
• Willingness to supervise in-home skilled nursing care for all age groups.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal casework and evaluate nursing staff development.
• Conduct start-of-care assessments and re-evaluations; review physician orders and update care plans and documentation.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and validating clinical staff.
• Mentor field nurses to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Collaborate with operations and business teams.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.
