Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to lead in-home nursing services across assigned territories. This full-time role oversees nurses, conducts initial and ongoing assessments, updates care plans, and ensures top-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will have an active RN license, a minimum of 1 year in hands-on nursing, CPR certification, and the ability to travel to patient homes. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on nursing experience.
• Ability to travel to patient homes within assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass MVR check.
• Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC).
• Willingness to supervise in-home skilled nursing care for all age groups.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal casework and evaluate nursing staff development.
• Conduct start-of-care assessments and re-evaluations; review physician orders and update care plans and documentation.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and validating clinical staff.
• Mentor field nurses to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Collaborate with operations and business teams.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.
