Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to oversee in-home skilled nursing services across a defined territory. The role requires hands-on nursing experience, an active RN license, CPR certification, and the ability to travel to patient homes.

The supervisor will mentor field nurses, assist with hiring and training, and collaborate with operations to ensure high-quality care while complying with all regulations and policies.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on nursing experience.
• Ability to travel to patient homes within assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC).
• Willingness to supervise in-home skilled nursing care for all age groups.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal casework and evaluate nursing staff development.
• Conduct start-of-care assessments and re-evaluations; review physician orders and update care plans and documentation.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and validating clinical staff.
• Mentor field nurses to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Collaborate with operations and business teams.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.
