Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to lead in-home nursing teams across assigned territory in Florida. You will supervise staff, perform initial and follow-up assessments, and ensure care plans align with physician orders.

The role requires active RN license, at least 1 year of hands-on nursing, travel to patient homes, and a valid driver’s license. You will mentor field nurses and collaborate with operations to maintain compliance and deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing required.
• At least 1 year of hands-on nursing experience.
• Ability to travel to patient homes within territory.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC).
• Willingness to supervise in-home skilled nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and manage internal casework.
• Perform start-of-care assessments and re-evaluations.
• Review physician orders and update care plans.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training staff.
• Mentor field nurses to ensure high quality care.
• Collaborate with operations and comply with regulations.

Qualifications
