Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking an Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to lead in-home skilled nursing supervision across a defined territory. Travel to patient homes is required, with supervision of clinical staff and ongoing care plan updates.

The role demands current RN licensure, at least 1 year of nursing experience, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license. The position includes oversight for quality care, staff development, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on nursing experience.
• Ability to travel to patient homes within assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass MVR check.
• Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC).

Responsibilities

• Manage internal casework and evaluate nursing staff development
• Conduct start-of-care assessments and re-evaluations; review physician orders and update care plans and documentation
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and validating clinical staff
• Mentor field nurses to ensure high-quality care delivery
• Collaborate with operations and business teams
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies
