Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to lead in-home nursing teams across the assigned territory. The role combines clinical oversight with hands-on patient care coordination.

You will conduct start-of-care assessments, mentor field nurses, hire/train staff, and ensure compliance with regulations while collaborating with operations. This full-time position requires travel to patient homes and a current RN license; CPR certification is required and a valid

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year hands-on nursing experience
• Ability to travel to patient homes within assigned territory
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass MVR check
• Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC)
• Willingness to supervise in-home skilled nursing care for all age groups

Responsibilities

• Manage internal casework and evaluate nursing staff development
• Conduct start-of-care assessments and re-evaluations; Review physician orders and update care plans and documentation
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and validating clinical staff
• Mentor field nurses to ensure high-quality care delivery
• Collaborate with operations and business teams
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies
