Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to lead in-home nursing teams and oversee field operations. The role emphasizes supervision, quality care delivery, and ensuring adherence to care plans across assignments in the Lakeland, FL region.

The ideal candidate will hold an active RN license, have at least 1 year of hands-on nursing experience, and be willing to travel to patient homes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on nursing experience.
• Ability to travel to patient homes within assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass MVR check.
• Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC).
• Willingness to supervise in-home skilled nursing care for all age groups.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal casework and evaluate nursing staff development.
• Conduct start-of-care assessments and re-evaluations; Review physician orders and update care plans and documentation.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and validating clinical staff.
• Mentor field nurses to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Collaborate with operations and business teams.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.
