Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to lead in-home nursing services within a growing network. You will supervise field staff, conduct initial assessments, and ensure care plans reflect patient needs.

Must hold an active RN license and CPR certification, have at least 1 year of nursing experience, and be willing to travel within the assigned territory. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal casework and evaluate nursing staff development.
• Conduct start-of-care assessments and re-evaluations; update care plans and documentation.

• Mentor field nurses to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Collaborate with operations and business teams.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year hands-on nursing experience
• Ability to travel to patient homes within assigned territory
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass MVR check
• Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC)
• Willingness to supervise in-home skilled nursing care for all age groups
