Ascension Health in Austin, TX is seeking a full-time RN leader to advance clinical excellence in the Plastics and Hand Surgery department. The role focuses on developing individualized care plans and ensuring therapy services are delivered with the right equipment and support.
You will mentor the nursing team, supervise daily operations, and maintain high standards of documentation to ensure patient safety and quality care. A Texas RN license and BLS are required.

Lead clinical excellence by acting as the primary resource for nursing standards and evidence-based patient care.
Create individualized care plans that provide a clear, actionable road-map for patient recovery and therapy.
Oversee the delivery of therapy programs, ensuring all necessary equipment and resources are available for the patient.
Support and mentor the nursing team through active supervision to foster a high-standard clinical environment.
Ensure the integrity of patient care journeys by maintaining accurate documentation for safety and quality.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
