Job summary

Westfields Hospital & Clinic in Wisconsin is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Primary Care Clinic team. You will provide professional nursing care, make independent nursing diagnoses, and develop plans of care while delivering dynamic, patient-centered teaching to patients and families.

Responsibilities include patient triage by telephone and in-clinic, collaboration with staff to meet quality and safety standards, and supporting the clinic’s mission of compassionate, high‑quality care.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire and maintain while employed.
• Current Wisconsin and Minnesota Nursing Licenses.

Position Summary

To provide effective, quality, professional nursing care/services to our patients here within the Primary Care Clinic. The RN is able to make independent nursing diagnoses, develop plans of care, create and implement dynamic teaching plans based on patient needs and acts as resource for other staff members. In addition, the RN will provide patient triage via telephone and in-clinic, and other applicable RN duties as assigned according to clinic policies and procedures. This position is expected to support the mission, vision, values, and goals/objectives of Westfields Hospital and Clinic

Work Schedule

• 4 days a week,
• Monday-Friday varying shifts
• 7:45am-4:15pm & 8:30am-5:00pm

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree or bachelor’s degree in nursing
• Current BLS certification. If not current, require within 3 months of hire and be maintained while employed.
• Current Wisconsin and Minnesota License

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum equivalent of two years’ recent nursing experience in ambulatory care or equivalent one-year recent experience in an acute care setting preferred. (The experience requirement will be up to the discretion of the nursing supervisor).
