Embrace Hospice in Temple, TX seeks an experienced Hospice RN to join our team. You will provide patient-centered care in home settings, creating tailored care plans and delivering direct nursing care with empathy and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities include pain management, family education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and meticulous documentation. On-call rotation and local coverage support are required; a supportive, growth-focused environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current state RN license to practice.
• 1 year nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred.

As a RN Case Manager You will:

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in state of operation
• One year nursing experience required , 3+ years preferred
• Experience in hospice or a similar setting preferred
• Knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care
• Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order
