Job summary

Ascension Saint Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, MD is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Tele team for a night shift, part-time schedule. You will deliver evidence-based nursing care, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Minimum qualifications include Maryland RN licensure, BLS certification, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and at least 1 year of acute care experience.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification required or military CPR-First Aid training.
• Maryland Board of Nursing RN license or multi-state Compact license obtained prior to hire date.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience.

How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Lead the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based nursing care, ensuring every action aligns with the highest safety standards and organizational excellence.


• Coordinate a multidisciplinary team of specialists to ensure patient care is seamless, holistic, and focused on the best possible clinical outcomes.


• Monitor and interpret patient conditions in real-time, acting as the vital link between the patient and the medical team through proactive communication and precise documentation.


• Advocate for the patient's journey by initiating and managing comprehensive discharge plans, ensuring a safe and successful transition from hospital to home.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Certified BLS Provider specializing in Health Service Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. OR military CPR-First Aid training.


• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition \"Compact State\" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing at date of hire required.
