Job summary

Ascension Saint Joseph in Chicago, IL is seeking a PRN RN for the Cardiology - Cath Lab to deliver direct patient care under physician orders, implement care plans, and follow established policies.

You will monitor and document patient conditions, update the healthcare team on responses to treatment, and coordinate multidisciplinary care.

This role requires BLS and RN licensure in Illinois, with a Diploma in Nursing; one year cath lab experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider within 1 month of hire date
• Registered Nurse credentialed from Illinois Board of Nursing
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Additional Preferences:

• One year RN cath lab experience.
