Ascension's Mercy Hospital in Oshkosh, WI seeks a Part-Time Night Shift Registered Nurse in Behavioral Health. You will perform initial assessments, develop individualized care plans, and support or lead group therapies to aid patient healing.

Collaborate with a dedicated treatment team to adapt plans as patients progress. The role requires an RN license, BLS, and a nursing diploma, with a schedule designed for night hours in a hospital setting.

How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Assess & Understand: Conduct initial and ongoing bio-psychosocial assessments using trusted nursing standards, creating a personalized care plan that aligns seamlessly with each patient's master treatment plan.
• Collaborate & Connect: Join supportive treatment team conferences to help set, adapt, and refine goals, objectives, and care strategies tailored to each patient's unique background and needs.
• Support & Facilitate: Bring nursing care plans to life for your assigned patients, and lead or co-lead engaging group therapy sessions that foster healing and growth.
• Evaluate & Evolve: Walk alongside patients to evaluate how they respond to care, teaming up with colleagues to update plans and interventions whenever a patient's journey takes a new step.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
