Ascension's Mercy Hospital in Oshkosh, WI, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med Surg department on a full-time night shift. • Lead Compassionate Patient Care: Assess, implement, and continuously adapt personalized care plans, acting as a dedicated advocate and trusted communicator for patients and their families.
• Drive Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Serve as the central hub of patient care, seamlessly orchestrating communication across medical specialties, therapies, and support services to ensure holistic, well-rounded treatment.
• Deliver Clinical Excellence: Execute physician and nursing orders with precision, safety, and acute clinical judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• Champion Seamless Transitions: Proactively guide discharge planning from day one, coordinating with the broader care team to empower patients and their families for a safe return home or to next-level care.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Preferred Credential(s)

• Approved Local Exception. Approved Local Exception for TN to add NRP and STABLE. or For use with unique Union job requirements only. Remove if not for Union.
• Drivers License.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
