ATLANTICARE in Atlantic City, NJ is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 5 Harmony Acute Care units (Cardiac/Respiratory) on a full-time day shift. The RN collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, uses the nursing process to assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate care, and ensures alignment with treatment plans and patient needs.

Requirements include RN licensure in New Jersey, BSN preferred, BLS, ACLS within 6 months, and proficiency with clinical applications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 6 months of hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care to align with the medical treatment plan.
• Educate patients and families, participate in performance improvement and professional development.
