AtlantiCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a collaborative care team in New Jersey. The RN will perform nursing processes across inpatient, outpatient and community settings, ensuring care aligns with the medical plan and organizational standards.

The role requires current New Jersey RN licensure, BLS certification, and OSH/unit-specific credentials. A BSN is preferred, with ACLS/PALS as required by department needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and licensed in New Jersey.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS as required for certain units.
• Experience with inpatient, outpatient, and community care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate care across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.
• Educate patients and families and document care per policy.
