Job summary

AtlantiCare is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time position. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver nursing care across inpatient, outpatient and community settings. The role emphasizes assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation within established care plans.

The position requires NJ RN licensure (or multi-state), BLS on hire, and familiarity with clinical applications. A BSN is preferred and ongoing professional development is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey or current multi-state license.
• American Heart Association BLS required upon hire or transfer.
• Experience with Clinical Applications preferred; incumbents will be trained within 30-60 days from date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.
• Apply the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation) to patient care.
• Provide leadership to the patient care team and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
• Maintain ongoing professional growth and documentation of required actions.
