Job summary

AtlantiCare seeks a Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team. You will apply the nursing process across inpatient, outpatient and community settings, coordinating care with physicians and allied health staff to ensure a seamless treatment plan.

The role requires NJ RN licensure (or multi-state), BLS, and BSN preferred, with ACLS, PALS and TNCC certifications encouraged within specified timeframes.

Qualifications

• RN licensed to practice in New Jersey (or multi-state license) and BLS required on hire.
• BSN preferred and ACLS, PALS, TNCC/CDS certifications are strongly preferred within stated timeframes.
• Experience with clinical applications and interdisciplinary teamwork preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process in inpatient, outpatient and community settings.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care plans to align with medical treatment plans.
• Perform/oversee critical nursing interventions and document assessments, plans, and evaluations.
