Job summary

AtlantiCare seeks a Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary care team in Atlantic City, NJ. The RN will apply the nursing process across inpatient, outpatient and community settings, coordinating care with the physician and other professionals.

Required is NJ RN licensure (or multi-state), BLS, and a commitment to ongoing professional growth within a supportive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in New Jersey or multi-state license required.
• American Heart Association BLS required upon hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interdisciplinary care plans consistent with medical treatment.
• Oversee nursing care process including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Lead clinical teams and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
