ATLANTICARE is seeking a Registered Nurse to join an interdisciplinary team providing patient-centered care across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings. The RN will execute the nursing process, coordinate with the medical plan of care, and document care accurately.

The role requires NJ RN licensure or a multi-state license, BLS on hire, and ACLS/TNCC/ATCN/PALS competencies within specified timeframes. Strong collaboration and ongoing professional development are expected.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey or current multi state license required.
• American Heart Association BLS required upon hire or transfer.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire or transfer.
• ATCN or TNCC within 24 months of hire or transfer.
• PALS within 12 months of hire or transfer.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care following the nursing process in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate plan of care with physician and care team.
• Document assessments, plans, interventions and evaluations.
• Lead or participate in performance improvement activities and professional development.
