Apploi in Ohio seeks a Registered Nurse to join our care team. You will provide direct nursing care, supervise STNAs, and help develop care plans to support residents' health and well-being.

You will communicate with residents and families, document care accurately, participate in quality improvement efforts, and collaborate with physicians and other staff to deliver consistent, compassionate care. A current RN license, ability to read and speak English, and commitment to teamwork are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, treating wounds, and performing various medical procedures.
• Supervise and direct the activities of assigned STNAs, ensuring that they provide high-quality care to residents.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents, in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
• Conduct daily rounds to ensure that residents are receiving high-quality care and to identify any areas for improvement.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes or concerns to the Nurse Supervisor and/or Unit Manager.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve the overall quality of care provided to residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that care is coordinated and resident needs are met.
