Apploi is seeking a Registered Nurse in Florence, KY to provide direct nursing care, collaborate on care plans, and supervise support staff to ensure high-quality resident care. You will participate in rounds, document medical histories, and coordinate with physicians and families to meet resident needs.

• Supervise and direct the activities of assigned STNAs, ensuring that they provide high-quality care to residents.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents, in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
• Conduct daily rounds to ensure that residents are receiving high-quality care and to identify any areas for improvement.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes or concerns to the Nurse Supervisor and/or Unit Manager.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve the overall quality of care provided to residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that care is coordinated and resident needs are met.
