Premise Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our health center in Newberry, MI. You'll provide onsite nursing care to employees and dependents in a single-nurse outpatient clinic, with a 30-hour weekly schedule.

Shifts are Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8a-3p, plus additional 11a-6p Tue and 10a-5p Thu with 1-hour lunches. You’ll handle patient care, scheduling, referrals, and health education while promoting wellness and client engagement for a positive work-life balance.

Qualifications

• RN license current in state of practice required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS may be required based on contract scope.
• BSN preferred; Associate degree required.
• At least three years RN experience in ER/occupational health/ambulatory care.
• COHN/COHN-S preferred for some sites.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient care needs, conduct nursing evaluations, and provide treatment within scope of practice.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare practitioners for further medical evaluation and care as needed.
• Perform and document medical tests, screenings, and treatments (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision).
• Administer medications and emergency care within legal scope of practice.
• Maintain equipment, ensure a clean environment, and follow infection control procedures.
• Maintain patient health records to ensure accuracy.
• Educate patients on health promotion and follow-up care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

As a Full Time Registered Nurse, you'll provide care to clientemployees and their dependents in ourHealth Center located in Newberry, MI.

The scheduled hours are 30 hours per week Monday, Wednesday & Friday 8a-3p, Tuesday 11a-6p and Thursday 10a-5p with 1-hour scheduled lunches each day.

• Enjoy a consistent 30-hour/week schedule that promotes strong work/life balance, with no weekends and daytime weekday hours.
• Provide comprehensive nursing care in a single-nurse outpatient clinic, supporting both RN-only visits and virtual provider appointments.
• Manage a mix of clinical and administrative responsibilities including patient care, scheduling, referral follow-up, and general clinic operations
• Build meaningful relationships with employees and dependents while supporting onsite wellness events, patient education, and client engagement activities.

What You'll Do

• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Educates patients on health promotion and participates in follow-up care
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

• Certificate from an accredited Nursing School or associate degree (A.S.) is required; Bachelor's degree (BSN) from four-year college or university is preferred
• Currently licensed Registered Nurse in state of practice required
• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN/COHN-S), Emergency Nursing, or Case Management preferred and may be required for some sites
• At least three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an emergency room, occupational health clinic or other ambulatory care clinic
