Job summary

Cambridge Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated registered nurse for a full-time night shift 11pm-7am, including weekends, in Medford, MA.

You will administer medications, deliver age-appropriate care, document care plans, and collaborate with nursing management to maintain resident safety and comfort. A valid nursing license is required; a strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• License, Registration and/or Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Incorporates age-specific needs, provision of care, procedures, and treatments.
• Accurately completes routine tasks without supervision.
• Communicates pertinent resident information and plan of care before breaks, during transfer, and at shift report.
• Accurately administers medications according to the five rights of medication administration and documentation of same.
• Accurately performs treatments utilizing sterile or clean technique.
• Accurately administers external feedings.
• Demonstrates the mission, vision, and values of Cambridge Rehabilitation and Nursing Center through professional excellence.
• Completes resident care-related activities within scheduled shift time periods.
• Cooperates with reassignments made in the interest of resident care.
• Reports resident care problems and possible solutions to the appropriate nursing management personnel.
• Delegates resident care problems and possible solutions to the appropriate nursing management personnel.

New Rate Starting at $42/hr Up To $47/hr \"salary adjustment based on years of experience\" w/Diff Weekdays Eve $1 & Nights $5 & Weekends Days $1 Eve $2 Nights $8
