Job summary

Cambridge Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated night shift nurse to provide comprehensive resident care on a full-time basis. Responsibilities include medication administration, treatment delivery, and ensuring accurate documentation during each shift report.

The role requires a nursing license or certification and involves coordinating with the care team to meet residents' needs while upholding facility policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

• License, registration and/or certification required.
• Experience with nursing/elder care preferred.
• Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Incorporates age-specific needs, and provides care, procedures and treatments.
• Accurately completes routine tasks without supervision.
• Communicates resident information and plan of care during breaks, transfers and shift report.
• Administers medications according to the five rights and documents accordingly.
• Performs treatments using sterile or clean technique.
• Provides external feedings as prescribed.
• Demonstrates Cambridge Rehabilitation and Nursing Center values through clinical excellence.
• Completes care activities within scheduled shift times.
• Cooperates with reassignments for resident care.
• Reports and discusses resident care issues with nursing leadership.

New Rate Starting at $42/hr Up To $47/hr \"salary adjustment based on years of experience\" w/Diff Weekdays Eve $1 & Nights $5 & Weekends Days $1 Eve $2 Nights $8

• Completes resident care-related activities within scheduled shift time periods.


• Cooperates with reassignments made in the interest of resident care.


• Reports resident care problems and possible solutions to the appropriate nursing management personnel.


• Delegates resident care problems and possible solutions to the appropriate nursing management personnel.
